Historic Planning Commission
The Historic Planning Commission for the Town of Dandridge plays a vital role in preserving and enhancing the community’s rich heritage while guiding thoughtful growth for the future. As stewards of one of Tennessee’s oldest towns, the Commission works to protect historic structures, review development within designated districts, and ensure that new projects complement the town’s unique character. Through collaboration with property owners, local officials, and the public, the Commission promotes responsible preservation, supports economic vitality, and helps maintain the charm and authenticity that make Dandridge a treasured place to live, work, and visit.
